Financial Planning is without a doubt the most important aspect to your Financial Future.

Budgeting is the most important part of your Financial Planning.

By having a look at your finances, and being aware of where you are and where you want to be, you will be able to master your money, and master your life.  The earlier you start this process, the better off you will be, and the more fun you will have with your money.

DO NOT become burdened with this exercise.  Remember, this is the starting block.

Take out a piece of paper right now, or contact us, and GET STARTED

Always begin with the end in mind. Always “Chart” your path, or commit it to paper.

By writing down your goals, you will give yourself a path or a plan to follow.

The most common reaction to a budget is “It will restrict me, and not allow me to get what I want”.

Understand Clearly, This is exactly the opposite of the truth. By having a “Picture” of your finances, you can plan and do what you need to become a millionaire.  Not too many Millionaires are complaining of not being able to get what they want.

Text Box: Be sure your Goals are Measurable and Specific.
“I want to increase my savings contribution by 2% per year, until I reach 15%”

“I want to increase my savings contribution by 2% per year, until I reach 15%”

1.      Where do you want to be in five years?

2.      Where do you want to be in one year?

3.      Where are you now?

This goal plan is just the beginning.  What you will find is that life changes, and adjustments will have to be made.  The Idea is to just get you started thinking about your future, and give you a path to follow.  Later, we will follow this path through to retirement. For now, lets get started with the basics.

The chart on the following page will help you get a clear picture of where you are now, and help you see “What is happening to all that Money”.

Using the example, Fill in your budget sheet, and let’s see where you are.  The Percentages are important, to give you an overall view of your budget.
